I appreciate the fact that this company has finally decided to credit my account; however, it took way too long for this to occur. My account was debited in August 2025 and I am just now supposedly receiving a credit in January 2026.

However the manner in which your team promptly reacted and made every effort to rectify the situation has made it into a very pleasant experience with the company. First your team immediately canceled my account and second you reimbursed me for the full amount. Thank you so much. You proved to me today that there are still honest business people in the world

Twice Now — Desperate Much?
You’d think after the first time they tried to get me to delete my review for a refund, they’d realize how shady that looks. But nope — here we are again. Another email, another fake “goodwill gesture,” and the same tired line about “prioritizing my case” if I just make their bad reviews disappear.
Let me spell it out: refunds aren’t favors, and customers don’t owe you silence. Any company that needs people to erase honest feedback before doing the right thing isn’t trustworthy — it’s desperate.
If this is how you treat paying customers, I can only imagine how you handle the rest. Keep your “VIP process.” I’ll keep my integrity — and my review right where it is.
And yes — I’ll be reporting this behavior to Trustpilot for attempting to manipulate reviews. Enough is enough.
