Good quality products
I recently purchased a diffuser along with my favorite scent, "Dream On" oil, from Scentihome. When I received my order, I noticed the scent was off and didn't smell quite right.
I reached out to customer service and was fortunate to work with Joy, who was absolutely fantastic. She responded to my inquiry immediately and took swift action to resolve the issue by sending out a replacement "Dream On" oil right away.
The replacement arrived and smells perfect - exactly what I was expecting! I'm so impressed with how quickly and professionally Joy handled my concern. It's refreshing to experience such responsive customer service that actually cares about making things right.
I'll definitely continue shopping with Scentihome knowing they stand behind their products and have such dedicated customer service representatives like Joy.

It was horrible
I am revising my previous review.It is accurate but after posting my review I began receiving the customer service that you expect.
My first review-(It was horrible. It took 3 weeks to get it and it was mislabeled and didnt fit my machine. I received two bottles exactly the same size. One bottle was labeled 50 mL and the other bottle was labeled 120 mL.)
