I ordered some fragrances from Scent Decants and was delighted with the service and aftershaves. I looked around everywhere for testers but I couldn’t find them anywhere. I’m so glad I found these guys! They arrived in great condition, smell fantastic and have helped me decide on my next fragrance.

Just received my order, and having heard about this website from a trusted Facebook group I thought I'd leave a review. There are a good and varied selection of fragrances, and they are priced fairly and competitively in comparison to other sites. It is clearly stated that it is a 1 person operation, so you do have to wait a few weeks for your order to be fulfilled, but I was willing to wait in order to get genuine samples, and the selection of samples scentdecants.com offered. I will be purchasing more in the future, and it is now the first place I will look for samples and decants rather than eBay.

I have ordered from scentdecants.com on two occasions, and was impressed with the perfumes I bought.
There are some great deals to have here, all genuine and presented really well.

Having used Scent Decants on numerous occasions and having had nothing but positive experiences I am here to say again my most recent order was no different. The customer service is absolutely stellar and the prices are fantastic. This is without a doubt my go to site when I want to try a new sample as I know they take great care in labelling, preparing and sending the orders out. I cannot fault this company or my experiences with them. Thank you very much.

Bought 3 samples from this site last week only received 2.. So sent 3 emails but they never got them.
Plus scent decants sent me emails back but I never got them too..

Plus my Tom ford decant never came so I posted a 1 score which on my part was a bit unfair .

It was very nicely packed. I bought about 10+scents. 2 of them leaked. Hard to read the labels on some because of that. I found the scents to be very faint. Didn't last long at all. I've bought from another one and even though a bit more pricy, they seemed to be stronger and last longer. Also not happy that they wouldn't rest to my message about leaking. I will not be back. Found it hugely disappointing. I'd rather buy something on Mercari then go here again.

I have spent over 50 GBP on decants and was understanding of the slow order fulfillment process and limited capacity. I did not complain until the shipment was marked delivered for a few days when in fact, nothing showed up. I double-checked the address and asked Paul (the person behind the site) to inquire about it to Royal Mail. Paul responded rather promptly to my first inquiry saying that he is getting in touch with Royal Mail, and I asked him to let me know whenever they reach out, but they never followed up afterward.

Now it has been over a month since the inquiry and I have sent three separate follow-up emails, and have received no responses whatsoever. The site is still fulfilling orders as it seems, and yet I am not receiving any support with my order. Maybe it is because they think that I have some ill intent of ripping them off (whilst knowing that they make little to no margins) because I doubt that they missed that many follow-up emails over the past several weeks.

I wouldn't comment on whether they're actually legit or not, but I certainly have had a terrible customer experience thus far.

Update (Feb 10, 2023): Paul has re-sent the order after some time and it's now resolved. Updated the rating. They are pretty legit and the customer service is decent when all is well, I may have just ordered at a bad time.

The fragrances are authentic, the prices are lower than anywhere else, and the customer service is incredibly quick and friendly

I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from scentdecants.com as there are so many fakes around. I needn't have worried. My order arrived and I can say without any doubt that the scents I ordered were 100%genuine.

I think this website is run as a hobby by an enthusiast and it shows. My order was delivered quickly and packaged very well.
