Scarpetto sent me the wrong shoes

Scarpetto sent me the wrong shoes and required me to return them before shipping the correct pair. After the return was delivered, they provided a replacement tracking number, but it never showed the shoes had shipped. More than a week after the expected shipment, I followed up three times by email. They said they would get back to me, but never did. My size is now listed as sold out, and I have received neither the correct shoes nor a refund. I’ve had to file a dispute with American Express. A very disappointing experience with poor communication and no resolution.
