Terrible service today at Scarpe Diem in Centro Commerciale San Filippo in Magliano di Tenna😬 I bought several pair of sandals a few days ago and specifically asked, if I could return the ones I didn’t want to keep and get the money back as I wouldn’t come back anytime soon and doesn’t live in the country, and was told that I could within 10 days. But when I came back to return them today, all three salesmen gathered together and told me I couldn’t and that I couldn’t even get a voucher so that I could come back the next time I was in Italy. Neither of them gave me an excuse or said, they were sorry for the misunderstanding. I have used the shop several times over the past 10 years, but I will never come back and won’t recommend them to anyone I know.
