Read before you buy. Awful.
I purchased a Scanomat TopBrewer and discovered that Scanomat refuses to supply parts or perform repairs unless you sign up for an expensive annual contract. They are the only company capable of fixing their own machines — which leaves customers trapped.
When we asked for a simple one-off paid repair or to buy a replacement part, we were told “no” unless we joined their plan. That’s not customer service — it’s a monopoly over their own products.
The machine itself looks great, but the after-sales experience has been frustrating, controlling, and anti-consumer. If you’re considering Scanomat, think very carefully about what happens when something goes wrong — you might find yourself locked out of any reasonable repair options.
