Horrible support service.

Horrible support service.
They offer an online chat support. With the "green" indicator (support is online), you can freely waste your time describing the issue or the request. They then come with the automatic "Thanks! We should reply in a few moments".
That's right. They should, but they do not (30 minutes wait). But they offer you a free drink (Would you like to play a game while you wait?"), instead of letting you know how many people are in the lane or an estimated wait time.
Horrible !!!! Another website that does not deserve your attention.
