Phenominal UK service

UK customers, what a service. Contacted by phone to discuss, bought online from website and incredible service and email follow-up. Ann-Luise and team sourced me the very last dometic 976 in Europe, amd only accepted payment once the confirmed they had it in stock (3 UK retailers took payment and then advised they didn't have). Item was shipped same day and will be with me tomorrow. I wish the UK online shops were half as efficient. Incredible service and items held in stock. We are buying from Scandihills from now on? Whether in or out of Europe. I can't praise them enough.

EMUK mirror order

I ordered a pair of EMUK mirrors - they arrived on time - however one was damaged - replacement sent straight away - unfortunately they sent the incorrect item - on notification they immediately sent out the correct item.
Pity about the hick ups but this company were excellent to deal with and were very good with communications when things went wrong
