⚠️ WARNING

⚠️ WARNING — Fake Job Recruitment Scam

I received an email from Scalevance offering a "Junior Meta Ads Specialist" position after supposedly reviewing my profile. They invited me to click a link and log into a "candidate dashboard" to complete an assessment.

After investigating, I found multiple red flags:

• Their website phone number uses a fake 555 prefix (used in movies, not real businesses)
• All social media links on their site go nowhere
• Client testimonials and case study brands appear to be completely fabricated
• The domain is very new with extremely low trust scores across scam-detection sites

They are running Facebook ads through a fashion brand page to target job seekers, particularly in Pakistan. This appears to be a phishing/data harvesting scam designed to collect personal information from candidates.

Do NOT click their assessment link. Do NOT submit any personal information. This is not a real company.

I am posting this to warn others so no one falls victim to this scheme.

Suspicious job assessment process. Be careful.

I applied for a job and was asked to complete an assessment by downloading and running a .exe file on my computer. Chrome even blocked the download, which was a big red flag. They also provided a video tutorial showing how to install and run their software, which felt unusual for a simple job test.

The website looks professionally designed, but most of it seems AI-generated. I could not find any real company presence, no proper social media links, and very little proof that the business is genuine. The assessment questions inside were also very basic, which made the whole process feel even more suspicious.

I would strongly suggest others be careful before downloading or installing anything from them. Always verify the company first and avoid running unknown files on your personal device.
