IS IT A REAL BUSINESS??

Unprofessionalism for the business and the field!

None of the promises that are on the website, and no personalised marketing strategies were implemented. As well as promises made by phone calls.

No German copy was made, no media team to create powerful media. Just one strategy was made (location and age - which I could have also done!! And doesn’t fit B2B AT ALL) that waisted my money, without any logic considering different factors of my business requests and needs.

I spoke up when I felt my contact guy seemed less experienced and not fitting to my needs, but no change was done.

Cherry on top- some stupid mistakes were made that cost me happened. Only when I pointed them I got a kind of “oops sorry”.

When I asked for a refund because, let’s get real, I didn’t get anything from the service I got an offer to continue with them. Since I had no results, what’s the point of this offer? It doesn’t fit my complaints nor convince me to think there’s a chance you can make something different.

I also then asked for partial refund because of the very few hours in total of work that was done and got NO REPLY.

After talking with a lawyer, the business details were not conclusive, definitely were not clear as they should be by the law in Germany. And even the lawyer said that the risk of handling this matter is too high because of the liability their presence and the communication that can’t be proven in court (vis a vis phone calls, video calls, etc).

Waist of time, money and energy!!!

Professional, genuine, and all-around competent from beginning to end.

They helped us enter the german-speaking market successfully. The results are good and stable and that's what matters most at the end of the day.
