You won’t get the service they say they’ll provide, and they’ll keep your money…
They claim they refunded my money-after not performing services they promised, but provided none of them. Said they would return my money said they processed my refund, said the refund was fully processed. but they didn’t even ever start the refund process. . I never got my money back on my credit card. Don’t believe their “guarantee”- it seems to be a scam. Their response claim they “won the dispute” when they told me they couldn’t clear it on that end- I had to let it clear in order for them to process the refund. They out and out lied about it. I wish documentation was allowed here so I could show you what they’re saying is completely false. I hope other unemployed people won’t be robbed by this company like I was. No one keels is in touch with me. No one is responding to me.

I hadn’t checked the dispute logs in a while, and after seeing your review I went back to verify everything. It actually shows that we 'won' the dispute, not “withdrawn by customer” as you had told us earlier. That directly contradicts the information we received from you, and I’m assuming the dispute outcome is what led to this second negative review, since that’s the only course of action left at that point for you.
That said, I’m not here to finger-point. There might have been a delay from our side given we’re neck-deep in heavy operations but skipping your refund has never been our intent. We’ve always been committed to doing things ethically.
