Absolute Scam
Absolute Scam. Ordered a part on 7/10/25. They took my payment immediately from paypal. After a week of inactivity or shipment notice, I contacted customer service. Rep stated that it would ship "any day now". On 7/ 17, I called to cancel the order. Was told that the shipping dept. would contact me about the cancellation. On 7/21, I checked their order status portal to see if there was an update on my cancellation, only to see that the part was backordered until Aug. 8! At this point, they'd had my payment for almost 2 weeks. I immediately called again to reiterate a cancellation, only to be given the same excuse about the shipping dept. will be in touch. Lo and behold, NOW I get an email the following day showing the part will ship the following day. And now they say I cannot cancel the order because it was in process of shipment. After repeating the cancellation request and runaround from a week prior, they said "well just return it". After receiving the part ( a full 3 weeks after they were paid), I'm told that this part is non returnable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS
