Disappointed in customer service

I have worked with Scafos for the past couple of years up until now things were working well
I first noticed the quality of the cashmere had dropped last year - much thinner cashmere
when i mentioned it they did make an effort to to give me the quality i had been purchasing - This past holiday season I had ordered scarves from my sample order - they did not arrive on time for christmas - i emailed a couple of times cause I could not get tracking and to this day there was no response - so customer service is good until something goes wrong - I was disappointed since I was a good client these past 3 years -Its not acceptable to hide and not respond to client needs That's what makes a company great - I also noticed no reviews in the last couple of years on the site I am rethinking my business relationship with them

Beautifull photo scarf

I ordered a photo print scarf to 120 $ - but has yet to receive it. Being 2 weeks late - not answering my mails - I am getting worried that this is a scam site - but then they replied my mail - and it was at the post Office.
Just collected it - and it is WONDERFULL

I created a beautiful scarf

I created a beautiful scarf. All was perfect except the hand sewn hemming was unraveled in one tiny spot. Very lovely, wonderful fabric. A bit pricey if ever wanted to do wholesale.

They did a nice job with my scarfs

They did a nice job with my scarfs. They arrived within the time promised and were each in a nice large envelop you could gift or sell.
But there are a couple of things you may want to research to ensure you get what you're hoping for: A) Do you know what kind of material you really want? If price is all that matters, then no problem. But otherwise there are a goodly number of choices available on the website waiting for you. B) How important is the design you are submitting? Do you have the ability to provide a high quality photo that can be successfully enlarged a great deal? Will you be happy if the colors are not as bright as in your photo?

I was happy with the scarfs I received, but I do wish I had contacted Scafos and taken more time to deal with the questions above.

Scafos Review

I've had over 30 scarves printed by Scafos and the quality and prints have been excellent. People love my scarves and I have to give the credit to Scafos for being on top of their game! Their correspondence to my questions and readiness to help me when one of the pieces was not to my liking was very professional. As a print on demand for my scarves they have been the best.

Although the overall final product was…

Although the overall final product was good quality material and printing, I received it with delay. It took 5 weeks to receive and when i did get it I could no longer use it for a gift since it was damaged with a couple of holes in the material where they attached a heavy label with a metal pin. The packaging was nicely put together which makes the label attachment surprising. When i brought this to their attention, they offered a discount on the next purchase, however, I cannot afford the shipping timeline they operate on.
