Written by the company

SCA Sim AI is an AI-powered voice consultation trainer built specifically for GP trainees preparing for the MRCGP Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA) exam. Practice with 232 clinical cases spanning all 12 RCGP clinical experience groups. Each consultation uses a realistic AI patient — built from real UK GP consultation patterns — and ends with detailed RCGP Flanagan model feedback: a Clear Fail / Fail / Pass / Clear Pass grade, domain-by-domain scores across Data Gathering, Clinical Management, and Interpersonal Skills, and specific quotes from your transcript showing exactly where marks were gained or lost. The feedback is deterministic — the same consultation always receives the same score. Progress tracking is real. Built by Dr Nitin Gupta, an International Medical Graduate who sat the SCA. Designed for the 40–45% of IMGs who fail on their first attempt — and for every UK GP trainee who wants structured, measurable practice. Cancel anytime. No contracts.

Detailed simulator.

I have experienced this first hand and I can say this is a very detailed simulator , well thought out. This is an excellent addition to SCA practice. As an IMG, I find this to be a very useful resource. I have no reservations in recommending it.
