No communication from you. I had no idea it shipped, no tracking information but again nothing telling me what was happening. One email saying order received. A thanks for your order here is what’s next would have been appreciated.

I received my box packed very well
I received my box packed very well, nothing was damaged. I received a call from someone saying they didn't have something I ordered anymore, and she took the time to send me a video of the products she had left for me to choose from. Great customer service!!

Best Tote Bag Ever!
I was very pleased with the tote bag I ordered from Shana. I was surprised to receive a text from her personally to clarify the order. My bag came within 3 days and is lovely. It’s excellent quality. The ordering process was easy. From start to finish this was a most enjoyable experience. I’m certain to buy from her shop again!
