Positives: package was sent promptly. Negatives: the discount you promised from prior purchases was never applied. Also, you said you include a sample. We purchased two crème’s but you only included one sample. Over promising, underdelivering

Luxurious and thoughtful products
SBT Cosmetics offers a thoughtfully formulated skincare line that focuses on skin health and barrier support from external factors. The ingredients felt gentle yet effective, and each product had a clear purpose within the regimen. I love how my skin now feels calmer, more nourished, and visibly brighter without any irritation compared to what I was using before. They definitely deserve more recognition for their products
