This session was very informative and gave insight to a new type of Insurance Coverage to the Caribbean. As the world of Insurance is growing and changing it is very proactive of SBN Human Capital Development as they are always ahead of the game and ensuring that their members are in the "Loop". Today's training on intro of Bitcoins in the insurance arena was very interesting and informative. Both Raymond & Josh offered all the details on how it will be beneficial and accessible for insurance companies. To allow clients full access to make payment's.

Very informative and makes you realize how much insurance has evolved and the reason for the detailed questionnaires needed to determine a premium. I enjoyed the online course.

Our team at P&P Insurance Brokers recently attended a three-day training on the Principles of Insurance Introduction, and it was such an enriching and valuable experience. The course was well-organized, with each session building perfectly on the previous one, which made it easy to follow and stay engaged throughout.

The facilitator Mr. McMilian was knowledgeable and approachable, creating a welcoming environment where we felt comfortable asking questions and participating in discussions. We really appreciated the balance between theory and practical application—every concept was supported with real-world examples and hands-on activities that made everything more relatable and easier to apply.

The interactive sessions and group work were some of our favorite parts. Hearing different perspectives and collaborating with others added so much depth to the learning process. The course materials were also clear and well-put-together, so we will be referring to them in the future.
