UPDATE on earlier post on SBG (SmartBuyGlasses.co.uk)
Update on my earlier SBG post. Since posting Jennifer from SBG has been in touch with me to try and resolve the delay in shipping my order and have since refunded me via PayPal. So uncertain why my original post is tagged with them not knowing me.
In fairness to 'Jennifer' at SBG she was courteous throughout in her communications and showed a genuine willingness to sort out the problem to my satisfaction. Fast delivery is the grey area though. If I had waited it would have been nigh on 21 days at the earliest before the item shipped. If ordering, make sure of the shipping timeframe, in case you need the item promptly.
If they can speed up the shipping to the UK, that would be a huge help especially with UK based customers who have got used to US style customer service/delivery.
