Ltd. may look like a decent company secretarial provider in Singapore but what lurks within their management is a team that only thinks of maximizing profits from their clients. They hold their clients at ransom for forcing you to pay for their addon services right after you incorporate with them. For instance, you'd not be allowed to open your company's bank account on your own because they refused to release the personal details of your nominee director citing personal data protection reasons. However, you can get that personal data if you PAY for it! Right, around SGD700 just for the data for you to open your bank account. So much for privacy rights.
It's a trap. Don't deal with this unethical and unprofessional company.
