We’d highly recommend SBB for any of your conveyancing needs. Annette and Tracy were both highly professional and did all they could to help our purchase run smoothly. We had regular communication and felt that we were always kept in the loop throughout the process.

Annette was not in the office on the day of our completion but still made sure everything was set up and handed over to Tracy to finish off, which really put us at ease on what can be a stressful day.

We’re not planning to move house any time soon but would look to work with SBB again if we needed to instruct a solicitor.

I am not a client of Symes Bains Broomer but my husband was intending to buy some land with the seller using this solicitors. The purchase was agreed around July and this solicitor instructed. My solicitor made contact with them and has received no response for months and months they have been lying to their client about making contact. I have questioned them today and was spoken to by Gail who was rude and unprofessional- could tell me an initial email was sent at the beginning of this month but wouldn't even give me so much as a date. I would not trust this solicitors whatsoever she suggested GDPR, A date of an email doesn't fall under GDPR. She was extremely rude shouting over me and highly unprofessional.

Ellis and Emma did an incredible job on a tricky London property transaction during a difficult time, considering the pandemic this year. They were both very professional, patient, and responsive and I am eternally grateful for them seeing the sale/purchase over the line after many stumbling blocks. I trust their advice and care implicitly and highly recommend their work.

We used SBB as the solicitors for our home completion. We needed our rental and new purchase to be completed on the same day on the first day of Covid lockdown. Despite the offices being closed, there was a complete professionalism and no delay. The whole process has been smooth and this is all thanks to Dawn who has taken full control and delivered throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This firm has just taken over Heptonstalls in Goole,all I can say is in with the new firm just like the old firm.by that I mean Shaun Pinchbeck and Laura Parkin are still there.what a shame,these 2 are my financial deputies,Shaun is meant to be a professional hahahahaha,Laura is meant to look after me day to day hahahahahaha,I have been lied too,lied about by Shaun,conned out of money by Shaun on a regular basis,he was even charging me to personally visit the bank charging me hundreds of pounds anytime I wanted extra money all because neither Shaun or Laura could be bothered to get internet banking,it took Shaun apparently 3 weeks to set this up,when it can be done instantly on the phone app.he has been charging me to attend the bank since august obviously without telling me,Laura ignores emails and phone calls asking her to call back.all this they do to a vulnerable disabled lady,if you want to be ignored use these,if you want to be cheated use these,if you want every email to be ignored and every phone call use these,if you want them to lie to you and about you use these,if you want these two to cheat you out of money use these,if you want these two to ignore your right to make decisions under the mental capacity act which you are entitled to do then use these because these two have done all this to me.if you want to chase them and chase them and chase them to find out why is happening then use them.if you want honesty and integrity and respect them DO NOT USE THESE TWO A further update this firm rather than speak to my partner because I cannot speak on the phone following a stroke,they have gone whinging and whining to trust pilot who will no doubt agree with these jokers.they don’t even have the decency to get in touch even though I gave them my number yesterday and told them they will be speaking to my partner I think actions speak louder than words and just shows how cowardly they really are
