Recieved a bracelet as a Christmas gift and when I opened it, it was completely tarnished. Contacted customer service and was told nothing they would do since I didn’t have a receipt. Never come across a company selling faulty items and refusing to exchange! Especially after Christmas. Will definitely be avoiding this company in the future

Ordered a pair of clover earrings for mothers day, delivery was really quick. Earrings are gorgeous, not tiny at all, and not flimsy. Would highly recommend.

I brought my 5 year old daughter in today to have her ears pierced. I hadn’t booked an appointment but they fitted us in which was great.
