If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Been with the company for several years everything was great at the start had my fridge freezer for 1.5yrs and suddenly it is a disco with strobe lights when I open the door, after contacting I was given wrong information, I pushed further and was informed no it is outside the 1 year warranty they won't be repairing despite clause 7 in the contract stating with the words "repairs throughout the hire" even states it on their own website!! They lie and now they are saying they no longer stock fridge freezers keep the fridge they will stop the contract and basically it's my problem now because a 1.5 year old fridge is TOO OLD to be deemed as worth fixing absolutely disgusting as someone else said they have stopped caring about their current clients and I am not surprised about their bad reviews! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WANT MONEY AND NOT TO HELP WHEN THINGS BREAK!!!
UPDATE NO EMAIL WAS SENT A GENERIC LIE RESPONSE

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. When I first joined the company around 5 years ago they was brilliant. I’ve had my tumble dryer almost 3 years. I have a couple of months left until my payment is being reduced. The heating element broke in the dryer so I sent a video and a picture as they requested. 2 days later I have a txt message from hiya to tell me they no longer stock tumble dryers and I need to dispose of it how I see fit and they will cancel future payment! Woke this morning a week later to find they have not cancelled the payment! I’m worried about my other products now. They have you over a barrel. I literally am saving to buy my own products and then they can come collect theirs. The way they treat their customers is degrading. You don’t pay by 9am they will cut your products off! And then they tell you that they no longer stock tumble dryers.
It’s a waste of time too because they don’t even take new customers on at the moment so they don’t really care about their bad reviews anymore either!. I wish I just saved up and brought my things and paid for insurance cover on them. Because I’ve spent almost £2000 on a tumble dryer that would have cost me £180 in the Argos. I’m gutted . Sorry if this happens to any of their other customers I feel for you.

Their products are okay, but what is not okay if you miss a payment.
I pay about £6 a week, the amount of times they phone me up if I am a day late is ridiculous.
I have now have blocked their phone number. And just deal with them via text.
The day of the missed payment. They will constantly phone you text you email you.
Then, they leave you recorded message which says you must contact them urgently.
They make it sound so important, It is the missed payment £ 6.
And they know I have always paid my payment occasionally.I might be a day late, but that is it.
They treat me like a criminal, and the constant phoning, texting emailing would be enough to drive the Pope mad
I'm very glad I blocked their number. Life is stressful enough without them adding to it tenfold

Avoid this company ! I have a tv and phone with these cowboys . The phone I sent back and just never heard anything from them . Called to find out said it’s not been received so now I’m just paying for a phone I don’t even have . The tv power plug port ( on the tv it’s self ) broke though age it’s a few years old and was a refurbished one I sent pictures though emails and here I am almost a year later still paying it with the same problems . Total scammers

A whole load of issues from start to finish with Hiya TV.
First, the remote never worked, meaning I had to buy an additional Firestick/Apple TV just to use the TV properly. About 12 months into the contract the TV had system faults and had to be replaced – granted, they provided that, but it was a replacement, not a brand new TV.
When my 3-year contract was up, the agreement clearly stated I could either 1) get a new TV with a new contract, 2) end it, or 3) reduce my weekly payment by 80% (from £11.99 to £2.80). I chose option 3. I was then told I didn’t qualify because I’d had a “new” TV – even though it was a replacement due to faults. I was point-blank refused by a very rude customer service rep who told me I’d need to add another year to my contract because “you only get the 80% discount after 3 years.” I had already done the 3 years. After arguing, I was eventually given the discount.
For a while, I was happy enough with the TV. Then about 3 months ago it suddenly froze on the loading screen. I contacted Hiya TV support, who told me the solution was to “turn it off and on again.” That was the extent of their technical advice – a joke. I was then told to wait 3 days for someone else to call. When they did, all they did was talk me through a basic reset and then concluded the TV was broken. I was told there was “nothing to be done” and that my contract was ended. No repair, no replacement – just “dispose of it safely at your own cost.”
I have been with Hiya TV for 6 years. For 4 years I paid £11.99 a week – that’s £2,493.92. After the so-called discount, I then paid £291.20 over 2 years. In total, I paid £2,785.12 for a sub-par TV that never even worked properly without me having to add my own devices. And when it finally gave up, they washed their hands of it.
Thank goodness I’m now older and wiser and can use proper finance to buy TVs. Paying almost £3,000 for such poor quality and shocking treatment is a hard lesson learned.
Disgraceful company – avoid Hiya TV at all costs.

I have tv washer a dryer and phone 58 a week for last 2 years.my washer was making a really bad noise on spin. They replaced within a week i thought great what a great service Only to find that the replacement was worse than the one i wanted replaced or repaired.I have been calling and messaging on the app for 5 weeks all the time still paying for the machine It is unusable.First the department were on holiday then only one in the office and have a back log of repairs. Finally today Weeks on they say they have no washing machines in stock so why can't they try repair it We don't do repairs We will canx your agreement and not collect the washer.I am 61 in a maisonette how do i move it? Oh well we can put a complaint in to our complaint dept for you Yeah there complaints dept This company is going bust do not get anything from them at all.they are not repairing or replacing .I have been a good customer he spoke to me like dirt They are not looking after their loyal customers they are leaving them after. Was in need of a tumble dryer when I came across Hiya. Thought great this will help me out. But 110 weeks later I realised what a rip off it was. I’d paid £900 for a £250 dryer.. and still paying 7.99 a week. Asked hiya to terminate contract, which took them 3 weeks to get done. If they don’t receive their payment dead on Monday morning then you are bombarded with texts emails and calls, even after I said I was no longer using the dryer and needed it collected they still called me 10/12 times a day.
Finally today it’s been terminated but told they are not collecting the item.
What am I supposed to do with it? I don’t live in a mansion to store an unused dryer.
