I have used Saxoprint on many occasions and they have always delivered quality products and on-time. I would recommend anyone to use there services.

I am not a designer so felt a little uncertain with all the instructions but whenever I needed extra help my emails were answered immediately. The upload of files was easy.

We are frankdeer.com and we produce a lot of brochures for clients I have used this comany for years never had a problem, amazing service and spectacular quality. Used lots of other printers over the years Saxoprint stand out as Number one!

Excellent service every time. Can't rate high enough. They deliver direct to my clients as I'm always confident of the standard of work and they haven't ever let me down.

Simple to use website, never had a problem, used it loads...

Excellent printing company to use, as long as you're proficient in design and know how to format a document for printing. I don't have any experience using their in-house design team, so I can't comment on that, but a highly recommended company in my opinion on the printing side.

I have used Saxoprint for many years now without straying, so that says a lot for a start (and I do seek regular comparisons).

Unlike any other printer I have worked with regularly, they have never once let me down - not in delivery or in quality.

I would recommend Saxoprint to many other businesses and companies. Great customer service and a high standard of print quality. We love the different delivery options which we can choose depending on how quick we need print work. So many great options and so many different products to print from.

Easy, cheap and quick lead times. I have been using saxoprint for multiple print jobs over the past year and will continue to do so.

This is my 3rd job from SaxoPrint and I have always found them to be quick, accurate and exceptional value.

Recommended by someone said I should try Saxoprint, and I did. Placed my order on a Wed afternoon: picked the product I needed, uploaded the artwork, paid the 48 hour turnaround service.

Then on Sat afternoon, sent me an email saying problem with my artwork and I needed to upload it (again). So, I did. But the system didn't say when am I going to receive the product (which I needed for Sun...).

Emailed customer service, didn't take too long to reply. Generic apologies and said they received large amount of orders each day. Sometimes the system won't detect the problem until later. And told me to check the customer area on their website.

Emailed them again, asked why it too over 48 hours to get back to me about the artwork (same artwork used previously with another company without any issue) and asked if they could tell me the estimate time for delivery instead of tell me to check on the customer area. (Which I did, but it just said in progress).

They emailed me back saying I placed the order at 5:04pm which missed the 5pm cut off time and so on. Maybe I didn't realise there is a cut off time, but took them 3 days to detect the problem wasn't acceptable.

I finally received the products and the quality isn't that great, some edges show the bleeding areas, some show more, some show less...

I will definitely not recommend this company and will go back to the previous one which I used, at least their website/system is much better: uploading the artwork, the system will do the scanning and proving before one can place an order. Not like Saxoprint.

Worst Company I have Dealt with Rubbish Products I have Had to File a court case against Saxoprint today just to get a refund on a bad product AVOID!!

Excellent service and good value for money.

Not brilliant. Do the very minimum, and don't bother trying to help if the artwork is just slightly out of size for example. So you pay upfront and spend ages going back and forth.

Always there is excuses that they did not received artwork and sending messages to upload it, while it has been uploaded, i don't know what happened their system upload the files but then disappear fro some strange reason

Massive print error on our magazine. Very hard to get compensation or a reprint, even though we have been given a bad product. Very embarassing to our organisation

AVOID THIS COMPANY

It's a gamble with Saxoprint, they have enough customers to not worry about quality and they certainly do not give a monkey's about customer service.

Funnily enough, I had poor quality print from a T-shirt manufacturer the same week as I received print that looked nothing like my artwork from Saxoprint. Both companies make claims about quality... the T-shirt company quickly reprinted and will get more of my custom in future - Saxoprint couldn't care less. They won't be getting any more of my business... but then they don't care.

I would highly recommend that no one uses this organisation for their printing. Had a roller banner done and it does not stand straight and tried to order flyers which they could not print for some technical issues (another printer sorted it immediately using the same design copy) Cancelled my order in less than 12 hours, but still waiting for refund, 3 weeks later.
