I was very nervous to place the order…

I was very nervous to place the order on this site as I'm always wary of buying expensive items via internet. However, from the beginning the service was excellent. Very reassuring, contact via email and via phone (not a long wait time either). They reassured me that the delivery person would contact me and arrange the delivery easily which was done. I even had to change the address and this was not a problem.
Unfortunately we realized after the order had been placed the the dimensions were not correct and it would not fit in our bathroom. I had the service agent Lamia on the phone who reassured me that I could return the mirror for reimbursement (I just have to pay the return fees 50 eur which I found normal).
Great customer service and in addition very friendly ! I really recommend ordering from them !

Good service - found a fairly rare replacement part

Ordered a shower replacement piece that is quite hard to find - and was pleased to find that it was available and though the delivery was not incredibly fast, it did arrive perfectly OK. So overall, happy with the service.

Amazing customer service

Magasinsalledebains.fr has been amazing in calling me to make sure their local transport partner had contacted me and scheduled a delivery slot. They called me several times, at every step and called afterwards to make sure everything is fine. And everything is ... Great customer service !!!
