I have attended many webinars for career improvement and personal growth separately in past 2 years. It was a 2 day exercise over the week ends- Sat and Sun.
The first day was basics of foundation exercises - how to write a cover letter, resume, approach letter The highlight being covering published and unpublished jobs where in unpublished jobs are more in number and attracts more remuneration.

The second day covered how to do research and identify opportunities in improving the company's finances and how we play a role in any department we work with. This is the exercise that help us in highlighting how we can contribute to the company's success.

Overall a great set of sessions, that will change the way we identify and get jobs.
