One star is too many

One star is too many, a waste of the customer's time. Furthermore, instead of the aforementioned soft search, they perform a hard search. Hard search with such usurious company!The customer service, specifically Lyle Philip, is terrible, with zero respect for the customer. Very bad experience

Great customer service

The member of staff Amisha was very helpful and took her time to ensure I understand each step as we went along. She explained the repayment terms also.

took a loan out in November for £1200

took a loan out in November for £1200 . ballance left £852 applied for a settlement figure £995. on the phone they said i still owed over £1200 Try never to use these companies Please . Thank god we got to settle early. These people take advantage of us when our luck is down and put you in a worst position . Good luck everyone

Quick and easy! I spoke with Lyle Philip, he was very polite and asked a few simple questions and it was very simple. I did read some bad reviews but it was very straightforward.
