Went into Ebbw Vale Savers today, walked in and the store was amazing the store was tidy all faced up line by line. The staff were ao friendly and helpful. Chloe was amazing helping me with products that i needed. Will be back tp do more shopping

Easy to order online and excellent customer service
It is so easy to place an order online.
I was informed when my order was despatched along with the necessary tracking details.
My parcel was received by Evri the following day, unfortunately after 7 day's I had not received it.
I contacted the savers help service and they were able to inform me within a couple of hours that my parcel was lost.
They immediately re-sent my order out.
I was very very impressed by savers customer service and help provided to ensure I received my replacement order in just 1 day. This wasn't my first time ordering online and it won't be my last.

So easy to order online
I made an order online because I never found the items that I was looking for in my local stores, I even contacted the brands themselves and they directed me to the Savers website.
My items were all available online and I was able to order easily and quickly.
It's free to collect in-store or delivery for £4 which was definitely worth my while as I would have had to pay for fuel and parking otherwise!
My parcel arrived very quickly!

Had a bad experience in Gloucester…
Had a bad experience in Gloucester savers today . The way the assistant manager spoke to a staff member was incredibly rude and nasty. I felt bad for the worker massively . Just cause she’s the Assistant manager doesn’t mean she has the right to do that . I also asked her a question and was very aggressive in her tone of voice.

First order, Amazing Experience !
First delivery. Packaged very well. It’s a shame that the delivery company wasn’t as attentive. My lynx body wash was a little damaged. No big deal. ? Well I got in touch with customer service and let me tell you they are amazing. I had a wonderful experience with them. The staff member Jessica was amazing. If there’s an issue with your order you’ll definitely have a pleasant experience with them. I’ll be ordering more and I get great prices and products too. I love a bargain !
