This branch has the best service need a security Gaurd
I had an excellent experience at this store. The customer service was outstanding and truly first-class. I was served promptly without having to wait in a long queue, and the manager personally assisted me in a very professional and friendly manner.
Although I originally came in to purchase batteries, the staff also recommended a perfume which I was very pleased with. The level of service and attention to customers was impressive throughout my visit. I left extremely satisfied with both the products and the overall experience, and it was clear that other customers were equally happy with the service provided.

Evesham store
I visited the Evesham store today during my last day on holiday and a lovely girl called Chloe was happy to help me with the fragrances and she gave me multiple testers to try. The atmosphere in the shop was really nice and welcoming.

Some items were damaged
Parcel arrived quickly however not packaged great. Although items were in plastic bags they were not sealed. The soda crystals box had split and the contents were in the bag, luckily they hadnt spilt into the delivery box also one of the toothpaste tubes had been damaged and opened. Please use better packaging.

Torquay savers brilliant
Went into torquay store friendly staff amazing atmosphere and the offers were great it was nice to see the staff getting along too as they genuinely seemed to enjoy each others company which is rare in some jobs.... was served at the fragrance cabinets by a young man called Jamie i think and he recommended my partner a deal on ysl kouros seemed very knowledgeable and helpful too

I had such a lovely visit to Savers on Cowick Street in Exeter. The store was very clean, well organised, and had a welcoming atmosphere.
A special mention to the manager, Kay — she should be very proud of what has been achieved in the store and of the fantastic team she has around her. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
It’s clear that great customer service is a priority here, and it really made my shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you to Kay and the whole team — I’ll definitely be visiting again!
