I bought a laser machine from Saveonkit last year in December. I kept the contact with Simon, who was very supportive and answered all of my questions within 10 minutes even in evening time. Buying and expensive machine is always stressful but Simon was very patient and tried to smooth the situation over. I received the machine very quickly with all parts in excellent condition. Some filters were missing but Simon honestly informed us from the beginning and showed where to order. I am very satisfied with my purchase and their support!

I am very pleased with my purchase. We bought a Lynton IPL machine. Simon was very helpful and sorted out full a service and delivery.

Customer Service from Simon was exceptional with him giving me a direct means of contact to him should I needed to contact him again. I ordered a microscope which I had a query on after delivery and this was resolved easily and promptly after contacting Simon directly. The microscope was excellently packaged with no chance of damage occurring in transit. It arrived on the day I asked for and is just as described on the website. Same as a previous reviewer. Ordered an item shown as "in stock", went though all of the payment rigmarole only to receive an email saying "Order ... has been updated to... FAILED Apologies, out of stock".

Useless waste of time.

Placed an order for items listed as stocked on their website on the 15th Dec, 4 days later which was well after the items were actually supposed to be delivered, they sent an email to state that they were out of stock.
There is absolutely no excuse these days for an e-commerce site with stock management on a data base to show items in stock when they acutally do not have it, and even less excuse for taking 4 working days to notify the customer that they are out of stock and send a refund
