Jumped over to Savemi after having an issue with another game retailer and was very pleased with the experience. Quick registration and an near instant key delivery. I won't hesitate to use them again.

I will not recommend this site to purchase your game, once your PayPal order goes through, you solely rely on support to get your steam game keys. Their reason is that they want to manually check whether you are attempting scam or fraud. However, their support takes forever to reply and is considered downright terrible, they barely responded to any email. Hell, you don't even get an automatic notification once you have sent the email, who the hell knows the support received it or not. I bought a game just yesterday and I still haven't heard from support and have not received my game key, already sent two emails.

Update 11/09/19: I received my game key from the seller, delayed due to certain problems on their site. Hopefully, they can improve in the future to deliver keys faster.

Great support, very responsive and willing to help. The only downside is that you have to wait up to 12h for a key to be delivered after purchase.
I did not get mine in that time-frame so I contacted Savemi Support and they resolved the issue fast and I immediately got my key.

Friendly people running an honest business. You can trust them.

What can I say? The easy of ordering on the site, to the friendliness of the support staff to get me the key for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 I purchased but didn't receive do to my own miss entry on billing. Jon was a god send and got everything fixed for me after one email.

Will definitely use again and definitely recommend for others.

Took some time to get my keys because of regional issues (Wolfenstein & Austria) so the delivery had to be manually overridden.
Contact through customer support was nice and fast!

I ordered starwars battlefront II over 24 hours ago, i tried to email for help as suggested but i keep getting this bounceback email:

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed"

Kinda feel like i've been scammed now... any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope that I'm wrong and there is just a delay.

Ordered a code 24h ago took my money and on the site they say that is cancelled. Very bad service.

Savemi has a wide variety of games with an ever increasing library. When I went to purchase some games there was some problems that arose but these were promptly resolved in a favourable manner. Very high quality customer service! 5/5 stars from me.

Bought game 1 day ago and still not recived a steam key, i got my key

Bought dark souls 3 , steam had some problems with it , contacted Savemi , got a brand new code , best company 10/10 !

I bought game 12 hours ago...
But still no code.

It took awhile to get my key, but i eventually got it within 12 hours. Replies to enquiries within office hours only, other than that they are legit. I would shop with them again.
