Absolutely horrendous business model from top to bottom. Purchased products (90 day supply) on 3/22 took almost three weeks to arrive. Three days later I was charged for another 90 day supply and two days after that charged for another 90 day supply. I did receive an email that my subscription was canceled but sadly I was charged again two days later. I have filed affidavits with my bank. This is total fraud and a complete scam! I do NOT recommend.

0 stars! I wish I would’ve looked at this before ordering! They have false reviews on site. I ordered an offer for around £40 which took over a month to come. They have now taken two further payments of £69.39 in one week out of my account claiming I subscribed. I’ve had to change my card to stop payments from my account and bank looking into fraudulent activity. This company are fraudsters! I do not recommend.

This company are a disgrace, nothing but scammers!

I would put -stars if I could, biggest scam, AVOID AVOID AVOID unless your happy forking out £90 every 4 days.

Trying to cancel is impossible, they try and offer you more, but even if you say no and try and cancel, they still won't cancel.

They took a second order 2 weeks after the first, the another a week later, then another 4 days later, despite many emails telling them to cancel. My Credit card company put a block on them, but it's impossible to cancel.

Oh and the gummies DO NOT work so save your money please 🙏, don't be suckered in by them.

No no no do not use waited a month for my 1st order. I saw a pending payment so contacted them, was told they would cancel the future orders but still taking my money. Discusting company. Please contact me I'm waiting.

Put me onto a subscription, without my knowledge, deliveries were late, was told via email they would cancel and refund but this has not happened and now all my emails have bounced back so can't even get in touch. The website doesn't let you cancel.

This company is disgraceful I went on the site to look and they took money from my credit card without my knowledge I threw the gummy’s away when they came which I thought was £19.95 but then noticed they had set up a subscription and took another £45.95 I emailed them and told them to cancel and presumed they had as I didn’t receive anything else but on checking they had taken the money!They have also taken another two payments without my knowledge which comes to nearly £150 for nothing.I have applied for charge back and put a block on my account they have yet again emailed me and asked if I want a 20%reduction they are relentless

Scammers, absolute nightmare, ordered once, have now twice taken double the original cost, can't contact anyone, emails returned, had to raise a disbute with my bank,,,,, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS,.

I wish I had seen this before purchasing.
They take money out of your bank without permission even after they have informed you they have cancelled your subscription. I have had to report this to the bank who have been amazing.
Delivery time takes weeks to arrive, communication with the company isn’t great and now then have blocked me so they don’t need to respond to my compliant.

Do not use this company.
Product took 4 weeks to arrive and a week after I started taking them I was billed again but I didn’t sign up to an auto subscription. I complained and they said they would put a 30 day hold on my subscription but then took another payment out 5 days later because of a system glitch. I complained they said they couldn’t refund me as the product had left the warehouse although it hadn’t because that email came 2 days later. They said they will put a 60 day on my account despite me saying I wanted to cancel my subscription and I do not authorise any more payments. I also contacted my bank to log a fraudulent claim and get a block on all future payments.

I didn’t subscribe to your company and yous keep taking money out my account this is the second time iv been in touch and yous r still taking money out my account

Unfortunately I didnt read these reviews. I did receive my 1st order which took 4 weeks to arrive! Then I got money taken out of my account. When I tried to cancel the subscription using their website no 'magic' link arrived. I emailed them and got a reply however once I asked to cancel they took another £90 out off my account. I since blocked their access to my account but I fear they have got money and I will never receive goods. Please, please no one else get scammed by these people!!

Scam, scam scam! After my first order I received notification that another order was on its way. I emailed customer service and asked for a cancellation of any subscription and the order. I was told that it was too late for this order but my subscription had been cancelled. Two weeks later, another charge, again assured it was an error that had been fixed,4 days later another charge, two days after that another charge. $600.00 in unauthorised charges. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

The mailbox is now full and website down as of today. I bought this as a one time purchase for an upcoming trip to Mexico. It took so long to arrive, my trip was long over before I received them. Soon after, I get a notification about an upcoming shipment that I didn’t order. I went online to cancel & was supposed to receive a cancellation link. It never came through so I emailed customer service. Two days later when the finally replied, they said it was too late to cancel. Three days later, I received yet another $63 charge to my debit card. I messaged them again and for the second time they still blamed it on a glitch in their system. All my days of buying products online I have never had anything like this happen.

Do not use. Didn’t know I signed up for a subscription. They just keep coming in the mail. Now there website is down. STAY AWAY FTOM THIS BUSINESS

Just had to change my card as they tried to take different amounts every day!! Had to keep my bank empty!! Wish I knew it was a scam before I ordered!! My mistake!!! DO NOT ORDER! It’s a scam!!

Wish I could say the product was bad, but I never received them! Before first order arrived, I was charged again. I told them I never signed up for a subscription, and was told I couldn't cancel as the gummies had been sent already. After some arguinging, I got 50% of the outrageous 80 dollars they charged. "You're unsubscribed!" I was told. Two days later, luckily after I called scammer to my credit card, another charge was attempted! This is the biggest sh*&%thole company I've ever dealt wit, and am out 70 bucks, and not a gummy to be seen!

This company is fraudulent- they charged me for a free product and refused to acknowledge it even after I s by them the screen shot.

They automatically set up a subscription and took money out my account without my approval. 3 weeks after purchase, I received an order confirmation twice as much as I originally paid. I emailed to cancel but the email was bouncing back. Then 3 DAYS later, another order and another payment!! Im down £77! I did eventually get a response but they kept responding with offers to keep subscription. Waiting on refund. Reported fraud to bank. Absolute scam artist.
