Incompetency
First, they are completely incompetent because they don't verify email addresses during registration. This means anyone can sign up using someone else's email address.
Second, their customer support is practically non-existent. I contacted them to report that someone had registered an account using my email without my consent and asked them to stop sending me spam. They did nothing.
I still receive updates about someone else's orders. It's ridiculous that a company can operate like this in the 21st century. I have no words to describe this level of negligence and disregard for users.
