SAVAGE AROMAS - Defective Products, poor Customer Service

Really disappointed with Savage Aromas with their whip products and their customer service. I purchased 5 scented whip products. Tried the first one, would not work into a lather and virtually no scent. Thought it might have been a one off. Tried a 2nd one different scent. Same thing. They aren't usable. Both have gone into hard clumpy messes.
Tried informing their CS who accused me of trying to return products because I didn't like them. Savage Aromas are not taking responsibility for their faulty products. I offered to return (in the hope they would carry out quality control), but they wouldn't send a shipping label.
I refused their offer to replace the 2 opened, because I have lost faith in their products and Savage Aromas as a company.
What a waste of my time and money.
