Prompt customer service. My kids were jumping and climbing on me one night and got a hold of my chain and pulled it off my neck and broke it. I informed customer service of what had happened and they got back to me the next day and all they asked for was a picture of the chain and they are sending me a new one due to the lifetime warranty!

The jewelry is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It also seems to be very durable, so you can wear it without ever taking it off. The customer service is also terrific, and I am completely satisfied. I ordered more just a month later.

Ordered the males bracelet 31 August 25 included was a buy one get one free so I chose the necklace to match. Arrived 8 days later in England all wrapped up in a lovely sava Amsterdam bag. Quality jewellery and nicer in real life than on the pictures online. I’m very impressed and love the style, design, fit and quality. After reading some negative reviews online about products and service I was sceptical but I went with my better judgment and ordered the jewellery anyway and so glad I did. Absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone to go ahead and purchase you will not be disappointed

The jewellery I received from SAVA is beautiful and great quality. A bracelet arrived broken and a necklace was missing, but their customer service was outstanding—they replied immediately and arranged free replacements. I’ll definitely be buying more from them in the future!
