So far so good. I was researching saunas and it got pretty confusing. I reached out to Nordic sauna and they responded right away and answered every questions I had and there were a lot of them. Their customer service is best in class!!!
I damaged some cables and fuses installing my sauna and didn't know what to do. I messaged their customer service team and Ez from their support team jumped right on it. Ez was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I only ordered what I actually needed. Ez worked with their engineers to verify everything was right. I needed the parts right away and Ez got expedited shipping for me. I had such a great experience with Ez and Nordic Sauna and would HIGHLY recommend them!
