I already owned my Sauna box and bought it before the Red Light came out. For Black Friday, Sauna box offered a great deal on the Infra Red light. I am already a big fan of infra red and use it in another capacity so I was interested to see how it worked in the Sauna box. For my first session, I was not only impressed, I was blown away! The intensity of my sweat and my husband after my session, there was sweat puddled in the chair and on the floor. Drinking a 32oz Yeti of water in my 20 minute session was child's play. I SWEAT SO MUCH. I already loved my Sauna box but the infra red combo amped everything up! I love having something so easy to use, doesn't take up space and the results are quick and fast.
Bought the suana box last year for myself. Love it! Bought another for my son. Have had no problems. Which is always a good thing. My friend bought the dry suana recently and is very pleased. That’ll be my next purchase.

Received the Solara 2 weeks ago. Very easy set up and its compact size fits nicely in a spare bedroom. It’s so convenient and heats up quickly. No more expensive spa visits for me! Amazing product!
Customer service doesn't respond. When you request a return, their system is supposed to generate a return label automatically. Magically there's always an error when you try to generate the return label. You have to contact their customer service, which is only an email. You get an automated reply that they will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours, only they do not respond. The sauna tripped the breaker every time I tried to turn it on and I tried it in over 10 outlets in the home. go to Better Business Bureau and read the reviews. It's the exact same story.

Snagged a two person steam box sauna. This thing is a beast. No more stinky public saunas. I love that I can keep it open and ready to go or have it closed and in the garage. I was sweating like crazy!!
I’m so happy with my Sauna Box steam sauna.
It was easy to put together, and it heats up faster than I expected. Once it gets going, the steam feels great and I can actually feel my shoulders and back relaxing. I’ve been using it in the evenings and I’ve noticed I sleep better on the days I use it.
I also like that it doesn’t take up a ton of space and I can tuck it away when I’m not using it. Overall, it does exactly what I hoped it would and I’m glad I bought it.

I received my sana box pulse pro $799 and my accessory kit $249 last Thursday 11/20/25. The accessory kit showed up missing items. I immediately emailed customer service and got the standard we will get back to you in 24-48 hours. I then began to assemble the sauna box. Easy to assemble ans only to took about 20 min. Once I plugged it in it tripped the breaker in the garage. I then took it in the house and tried it on 8 different outlets. Same thing happened. I then sent a second email to customer service, same standard message 24-48 to respond. By Sunday and still no response I figured it was probably best just to return it. I followed the process to return the items and get a return label and I received a error message saying it was unable to send the label and to contact customer service. So I sent my 4th email requesting help with the label. I have only received one response and that was to my original email, saying they would look into the missing items and get back with me. That's been over 48 hours ago and still no response for the other 3 emails. Zero help from this company, buyer beware. Once they have your money, they don't care.

Bought a Sauna tent about a year ago. The heating unit stopped working. I immediately emailed the company with my original order confirmation email. They asked a few questions, asked for a few easy to provide pictures and videos. Within several hours of me emailing them, I was notified a new unit was being shipped out to arrive within a few days. I understand shit can go wrong, but instead of dodging me, they interacted with me directly and made it right. With this type of service, I will no doubt have no worries buying their products again in the future! Honestly, I wish more customer experiences issues were this nice and easy!

Email communication regarding sauna component that didn’t work in first couple weeks after receiving product. The company responded timely, professionally, and replaced the component for free under warranty. Product works great again and am enjoying the benefits! Thank you!
Water steamer malfunctioned this morning, reached out to SaunaBox customer service and they had a replacement unit shipped out to me the same afternoon. Unit was under warranty and the responsiveness and turnaround were incredible. Thank you SaunaBox!
