The ordering and delivery were easy and on-time. Installation was clear, but took awhile. The sauna looks nice, and works well. We are glad to have it. It is a little rough in a few places inside, and we had to file a few splinters off, but minimal.
Terrible quality, many screws missing, wood cracked in many places, glass door curved doesn't close properly, obvious gaps after assembly, is it made in russia? All highlighted problems emailed but was completely ignored. Don't buy it here as its attractive price for a reason that you'd be very disappointed with.
