Excellent efficient service, delivery and competitively priced. Ordered with this company many times over the years and again last week. Wrong hard drive sent but promptly sorted over phone with immediate replacement delivered. Highly recommend this company.

Placed and order for delivery, two weeks later no delivery. So I rang them. Oh ya we can’t deliver because Fastway are gone so only pick up. We tried to phone you and didn’t get you. No apology just whatever. Couldn’t have sent a text or email to notify me and didn’t issue you a refund. I said what about my refund oh right I’ll get someone to sort it it’ll be a few days. Steer well clear

All I can say is that the service was excellent and prompt. They could have sold me an item which would have cost me more, but instead they helped me to make best use of my existing tv equipment and quickly fixed the technical issue. Saved me money and honestly advised me on my best options with no nonsense, would highly recommend.

Just paid €100 for 10 mins of rudeness. Sat world you need to get workers that are more polite. Ive no problem paying for a service but I dont expect to pay for arrogance and rudeness in my own home when im handing out my hard earned money. That €100 was supposed to be for 1 hour. He wouldnt even run a second cable from a satellite because he said he didnt have time and had another appointment to go to😡 ..... Despite him being at

Bought a new magbox 522 from these guys,after a week firmware had to be updated brought it back told me it was fine and it was your provider.I changed provider and still firmware outdated,it seems after sales is bad, and not great communication, will not be returning.Avoid

Ordered a RS232-3.5mm Jackstick cable. Order was cancelled cause cable was not available from their supplier. Even thought they on their website proclaim it is in stock. Their website's shopping cart placed two orders with wrong addresses a mix between what I entered on their website and what paypal knows about me. Would not order again.
