Unprofessional customer support staff -had issues with order placed as inspite of staying in mumbai my orders do not delivered for 3 weeks. There staff who contacted me was asking me if I have checked courier company as if it's customers responsibility to do so not of sattvik food. No professional behavior and they feel there are the only players in the market. No apologies were made either. I will request others to go for alternative which are reasonable and will be delivered on time and where staff is helpful too.

Lastly i purchased cocoa buter and shea butter and beeswax its really good . Highly recommended

Excellent Vada Pau and Dabeli really recommend trying if you visit here amazing Gujarati items also available and Indian food but the Vada Pau is amazing for only £3 bargain.
