They changed my gym without telling me

SATS rodovre closed and without prior notice they changed me to the branch of herlev which more 4km away.
I never asked for the change and without prior notice they did what they wanted, I sent a message to cancel and return the money but they never responded

We want to assure you that we always send a notice regarding any changes to the memberships. We have sent out a notice via e-mail regarding the closure of SATS Rødovre and the transfer to SATS Herlev.

All members with a membership connected to the Rødovre club was transferred automatically to the one in Herlev, since the Herlev club is one of the closest centers to Rødovre.

Unfortunately, we cannot process cases on Trustpilot, so please send us an e-mail via our contact form, so we can look into your case ⭐

Quick and helpful support

I had a problem with the membership and within 5 minutes of talking with customer support, it got fixed and I even got a 50% discount for a month.

Stay away from SATS

I have had it with SATS. Beside been expensive.
1- Too many people in the centers an terrible ventilation.
2- The sauna is never working properlly.
3- Machines that are broken and not fixed for months.
4- The worst is, they keep on messing with the payments. Of course, charging you more than they should. Running a SCAM with INTRUM. They even had my credit card nr, and yet I was sent to INTRUM twice. It's just not good enough.
5- Terrible costumer support. Service noon existem,
6- No call support to costumers. It's patetic.
My advice is choose another Center to traine and stay away from SATS, is not worth the money.
7- I would give -5 stars if I could.
8- They cancel my membership after I have post this message on trustpilot. Claming that I haven't payed. And I have the reveived. It's just too much. -10 stars to SATS CROOKS. IT'S just unbelievible.

SATS Fields

I train in SATS in Fields and I love it. The gym is big and the machines are good. Even when somehow crowded, you can still manage to have a decent training. The gym is clean and the service mostly good and friendly.

Dessy's Help: Shed 10kg in 6 Months at SATS! 💥🏋️‍♀️

Training at SATS Taastrup with Dessy was a truly sweet journey. 🏋️‍♀️ Over 6 months, we laughed, learned, and achieved so much together. 🤗 Her support extended beyond weight loss, guiding me through strength training, mindset talks, and new workouts. 💪 With Dessy, it's more than a trainer-client relationship; she's a friend, supporter, and an exceptional teacher. 🌟 In this time, I shed 10 kg and gained not just fitness but a deeper understanding of my well-being. Nice equipment, but overprized with loud music and polluted air

SATS has unfortunately decided to install speakers in the dressing room in many of the Gyms, which is a shame, since you dont have a chance to avoid it, Out in the Gym you can bring your own headphones, and thereby avoid the very stereotypical "music" which SATS apparently believe everyone cares to listen to.
Further, and even worse, in many dressing rooms, SATS is polluting the air with perfume, so if you are allergic, or just slightly sensitive to perfume, stay away fro SATS.
Add to this the messy dressing rooms, where used underwear and empty bottles are all over the place, and the often very limited space you have for your bag and clothes, once taken out of the lockers.
Also, you are playing the lottery if attending a biking class, as many of the spinning bikes are broken, and they don't get fixed quickly.
All in all, SATS is heavily overprized.

To cater to everyone, the soaps in our locker rooms are fragrance-free. However, in some of our gyms, the installation of air fresheners in the toilets has become necessary.

Our gyms prioritize cleanliness, both inside and outside the locker rooms. If you notice any lapses, please contact our staff at the gym so they can promptly address and resolve the issue 💪

While we make every effort to swiftly repair any malfunctioning equipment, there may be instances where delays occur as our technical department awaits spare parts.

SATS: We overcharged you, please let us fix it by overcharging you more

From the very beggining I had problem with getting the offer because of which I started in the first place, then with payments, Sats never actually charged me the correct ammount which they were supposed to.
I spent some hours with the support so they could tell me that now they overcharged me but in the future it will be ok.
I moved to a different place from July of this year and I paused the subscription. When the pause was over I had another option to do it.
What I did not notice for a while was that they would charge me the money. So much for the possibility to "pause" the membership.

I cut my loses and was done with them (stopped with pausing, ended the membership)
and they had the audacity to send me an email (TO WHICH I CANNOT F****** ANSWER) to pay them more.

So now I overpaid them over 800DKK already. They ask me for 700DKK more, I suppose as a payment for their unfunctional/unclear/untransparent 'pausing' scheme and also for all the time when I was still coming there and people at the front desk and on the phone had to bullsh*t me and telling me that they will reduce one of the future payments to make up for what I paid extra.

Had been a member for a long time (7+ years). The membership price has gone up a lot since I started. And with the recent increase in the prices (2024), it has become ridiculous and the standard is absolutely not worth the new prices. Have resigned and will join another one
