Very disappointing experience.
My order was shipped as expected, but then remained stuck in customs for an extended period. Since I never received any updates, I eventually contacted the carrier myself. That is when I discovered that import duties and taxes needed to be paid. However, I never received an email, letter, or any other notification informing me of this, so I was never given the opportunity to make the payment.
By the time I found out, it was already too late and the package had been returned. It was then transferred to another shipping company and has been missing ever since.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I have contacted Satoshi multiple times seeking clarification and assistance, but I have received little to no response and no meaningful help.
As a result, I have lost my money, never received my order, and have been left without a solution. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
