I am using it on my finger nails and my toenails after removing 6 months of gel nails — they ruined my nails. After 1 week I am noticing improvement already.

The products are very good - I’ve ordered dozens of nail gels, cuticle oil, primer and remover, tools, and, just recently, the nail repair. Everything has been high quality, the product information supplied is useful and easy to follow.
The customer service has been excellent. Just to have customer service seems to be a luxury these days. I’ve had two questions and I got very quick responses to both with useful information! Nice job, Sassy Saints.

Excellent customer service from Sasha!! I ordered a set of 8 Gel Wraps via the website and when I got confirmation of my order some of the wraps were different to ones I had selected. I contacted customer support and spoke to Sasha who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She apologised for the mix up, instantly ordered the wraps that were missing from my initial order and said I could keep the incorrect wraps that had been sent. The entire experience with Sasha was simple, smooth and painless, which is quite the opposite to many other customer services departments. Her emails and communication were refreshing and professional.
I have used the wraps and they are beautiful! It definitely took me longer than 10 minutes to apply, but I think with practice it will get much easier and quicker to apply. The interactive application guides are very helpful with this process. I am looking forward to using more of the wraps and I have recommended Sassy Saints to multiple friends!

Automatic Subscription that doesn't notify you when you make a purchase. After multiple emails about refunding with no satisfying answers I gave a 1 star staff review then filmed myself returning the order I just picked up from the post office. I emailed them the video and said again I wanted a refund and they were scammers. This time Lory responded completely different, refunded me and apologised saying they are a small company blah blah which contradicts the previous emails. 100% a scam so don't take no for a refund, hound and call them out.

Delivery was reasonable length. Quality of product great and has lasted 2 weeks as stated. Only changing wraps as nails have grown considerably.

Nail wraps did not work for me and lasted 2 days at best despite following all of the tips and using the primer etc. I made a complaint and asked to return the unused nails wraps as they do not work for me and was informed that this was not possible even if i covered shipping, despite having 17 unused wraps as 2 orders were delivered. I was informed I could have the cost of 2 wraps refunded however that was all they could do. I have now had contact with head of operations who has provided a refund for the 2nd order that was processed but unwanted and assured me that subscription has been cancelled.
As much as this did not work for me I do think they would for people who do not wash/ use their hands a lot. The company were responsive and have helped resolve me issues

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. My package took an extremely long time to arrive, and I was automatically enrolled in a subscription without any clear indication when placing my order.

When I contacted customer services to raise these issues, they simply offered a discount rather than addressing the problem. To make matters worse, they do not respond to return-related emails, making it very difficult to resolve any concerns.

There is no telephone number available to contact them directly—email is the only option, and communication is poor at best.

Overall, a very frustrating experience. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and difficulties with returns mean I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid ordering from them.

The product seems to be very nourishing and my nails look healthier. They are still in the process of growing stronger so I have a few weeks before I know any results, but so far so good

Took a few trials to get the nails on straight, but one I’ve cracked that I love the fact they are so robust. I work in a nursery and they still look as good as when I put them on

The nails are great but I don’t want a subscription so hopefully that is cancelled
