I like this app bc it very cheap but it will take time

I recently purchased Ascis running shoes via Sasom and im really satisfied on what i spent. The delivery time was comparable to other ecommerces but what truly sets Sasom apet is their guarantee of authenticity. As a buyer, it gives me full confidence knowing that every product i get is not replica.

I ordered last october 17, 2025. May friend actually gave me an assurance that the package will arrive in 2-5 days since he's been buying and selling stuff from this app. When I ordered the shoe they don't have a clear information where the shoe is from or if they have it on hand but I still ordered thinking that its normal, just after I ordered and paid that they gave me an estimated time of delivery which is 7-12 days, thats from the seller to their international warehouse only. Then they will deliver the package to thailand that will take another few days. It should be clear that the package will come from another country and will take more than 15 days before it arrives. I have a flight on the 1st of October. I think 14 days should be enough to get my order but here I am trying to negotiate expediting my package or just cancelling it. Its sad.

I used SASOM a few years ago and noticed they have a lot of discount codes and giveaways this year, so I downloaded it again.

I found that the SASOM app is much easier to use now. I got my authentic items quickly and at a great price, making it very worthwhile.

When I sold something, I got paid in less than 14 days, with the money transferred directly to my account. I highly recommend this app to anyone in Thailand who wants to buy authentic items without worrying about getting fakes.

Don’t buy anything from @sasom_official. We just bought a pair of Nike SB with a lot of defects. We have contacted Sasom and they don’t want to help us and accept a return and give us a refund, even though it’s possible according to their buyer policy. We are not satisfied with the purchase, but they don’t care. Don’t buy there. We don’t recommend this shop with the worst service ever!

Shady online vendor. Took my money for an expensive product they did not have in stock. Would only offer a refund if I had an account with them and a bank account In Thailand, neither of which I have. Still trying to pursue them but this doesn't seem a legit vendor and I would advise anyone to avoid them. Staff also cannot communicate in English
