We had all the windows on a Victorian house replaced, and we are delighted with the result. Beautiful and functional. In most cases we kept the old frames, which WSW refurbished. There was an issue with some of the paint finishes, as the work was done in wet weather, but WSW re-painted everywhere when this was pointed out, without a quibble. Happy to recommend.
We just had WSW over to complete a couple more windows for us and once again they didn’t disappoint. The fitters went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. Thanks so much to the team, looking forward to the next phase already!
_Fantastic service by Wandsworth Sash Windows. Had a number of windows replaced in my home in Hackey. They look excellent, the fitting team was really helpful and informative, they even did a bit of extra work for me!! Would recommend
Wandsworth Sash Windows have just finished refurbishing and draught proofing my sash windows and am really happy with the job. They didn’t push me towards the more expensive option of completely new windows. And they teamed with Cheam Leaded Lights to repair the stained glass who also did a fantastic job - a good partnership. The fitters left the room clean and tidy and came back a few weeks later to fix a small problem so was pleased with the after sales support too.
Very accurate and meticulous about measured survey, great service and amazing fitting! They are reliable, efficient and professional. I strongly recommend Wandsworth Sash Windows if you need to replace your timber windows and doors.
I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 as they - on paper at least - demonstrated a willingness to put things right. However the fitters we had (many over the months) were ill prepared and demotivated (probably why we had so many). We found management arrogant - they never bothered to visit the site despite many problems and didn't read / trust what we - the customer - were telling them (they invariably eventually conceded we were right). I cannot recommend this company, our experience was very poor.

Wandsworth sash windows, replaced my windows with extreme care and attention . I couldn’t ask for more a very professional outfit would use again and highly recommend.
Great job, very happy overall. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. There was some outstanding work left at the end of the final of installation at my London property, but this was dealt with swiftly and without any hassle. Thanks again to the WSW team.
WSW fitted new windows at our house and did a great job. All the staff and fitters were very friendly and professional, and they were in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.
Replaced two sash windows which are fine but managed to touch up the windowsills and surrounds in the wrong colour. The paint was wet when I signed off the job so I didn’t realise the mistake.
They offered to repaint with me paying half the cost, despite this being their mistake, and are relying on my rooky error, of signing the job off before I was sure it was ok, to fight my dispute. This in spite of the paperwork disclosed during the dispute admitting a poor colour match.
I hope that their greed was worth it. I will be going elsewhere for my next project.

Had all my windows replaced some years ago, Wandsworth Sash Windows were great to deal with and the windows have been perfect. I’ve a problem with one now that needs repairing - out of warranty - and they’ve offered to do it free of charge which is fabulous. Highly recommend
Repair our of guarantee.
I had a double glazed window installed about 9 years ago, and recently it has started to stick and become impossible to open. In spite of the fact that their guarantee has expired, WSW have offered to fix it free of charge, which I think is very good of them.
Communication with Matthew was very quick and easy. His team were also very professional and friendly. I would recommend the company to others.
Very happy with my new sash windows - they look great..!
Well explained process with good communications all the way through.
The team are very friendly and communicative and respond to any questions /concerns quickly and effectively.
We need to replace the front porch, including the door, and contacted Parsons Joinery (part of Wandsworth Sash Windows {WSW}) to undertake the work. We wanted the door to include stained glass in keeping withe 1930s style - WSW put us in touch with Cheam Leaded Lights, who did a wonderful job in creating the design we'd asked for. Although the work was delayed a little the quality of the final installation is excellent. Arthur and Leo did a very professional job fitting the porch and always let us know how the work was progressing. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to use WSWs again, the quality of the work is outstanding.
Thanks to the reviews on Trustpilot I chose WSW. I happy with my new windows and the service I received. From day one communication was perfect. The salesman, surveyor gave me confidence I was dealing with an A1 company. I wanted a different colour paint on the inside of the windows than the outside. This was not a problem and I didn't seem to pay any extra. At all times I new exactly what was going on by emails and the odd telephone call.
The lead time was 20 weeks after paying 50% deposit. This gave me the opportunity to save up for the rest.
On the day of installation, protective sheeting was first placed over surfaces.
The workmen removed the shutters attached to the window before installation. Then carried out the task of replacing the sash windows which is a messy job. The workmen did very well confining the dust to the work area. The work took two days to complete, as they make good the internal and external walls. Plastering painting and refitting the shutters.
I can say through experience, this company has the skill and expertise to fit sash windows up to a high standard. I would highly recommend them but so would many of my neighbors as they too had their windows fitted by this company.
Well done lads.
We have gradually had all the windows changed in our Edwardian house replacing inherited plastic windows to proper wooden sashes, as they would have been originally. Wandsworth Sash have been brilliant, always professional, excellent craftsmanship and a beautiful end result.
We enjoyed an extremely positive experience with Wandsworth Sash Windows. Our new windows fitted throughout our home had to comply with very specific Conservation Area requirements. The new, double glazed windows had to match the original 100+ year old single glazed units as closely as possible. Wandsworth Sash Windows were able to accommodate this in ways other companies didn't entertain, including obtaining specific tools and machinery to copy exactly the original timber bars and bead and sourcing glass which maintained the original style with its "blemishes and imperfections". Charlie was particularly helpful and had a continued interest in our project throughout, given it's unique demands.
The windows were installed more than a year ago and the follow up service since has also been excellent.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to others, particularly if there are specific, individual requirements.
The quoting experience was fantastic. I was given helpful, honest advice about the different options available and I was emailed my quote very shortly afterwards. I did not feel pressured into making a decision. I decided to procced with 3 windows, keeping the surrounds but changing the sashes only. The waiting time was very long but it was communicated from the outset. I am really pleased with the difference the work has made, it all feels fresh and much warmer.
Really good quality solid wood sash windows. Took 16 weeks to make but worth it. Top notch craftsmanship and painted impeccably. Kind fitters too
