Writing 5 emails, no response. I have ordered weeks ago.

Do not deal with this company - they are scammers!
I ordered a piece of artwork in April with a 6 week lead time. 9 weeks later I have received nothing and have made many attempts to contact them without any reply or communication, just a wall of silence. They have taken my money and not provided the goods. I am now trying to get my money back through financial channels and failing that this will have to go to the small claims court. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

House looked empty and we have decked it out in Sash’s gear! Love them all. Cheers

I placed an order for a painting on 8th Feb, but when I chased them to their support email address is is saying not delivered. When looking at other Trust Pilot reviews is seems that the company ceased trading but is still taking money for orders. I have reached out to PayPal for a refund and await their reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy. 9 weeks and waiting. No reply to emails. Hundreds of pounds lost. We saved and saved for our painting and can't believe the company has done this. No phone number either.

We have had a very bad experience with Sash Design. We have been emailing them on a daily basis, at first to amend order and then to ensure that they have received emails etc, we have had very poor response and indeed we are afraid we may have been scammed!

I'm so pleased with the painting. Very good quality and I'm very satisfied with the service.

My husband and I took a long time to select our 2 pieces from sash designs. Most of their artwork would have looked great. However the 2 we did purchase are amazing they really finish the interior style we were aiming for. Not to mention sash are hassle free. During this time we also had a piece of art commissioned, which turned out a lot more complicated that thought. The commissioner piece needed to be stretched and framed which costs both time and money. The 2 pieces from sash arrived with the frames we chose and look excellent on our walls. Not only would we buy from there again but will recommend it to anyone looking for similar. Thank you Sash designs
