First time using SAS ,professional from the offset. Submitted an online enquiry and got a same day response with an appointment date and time, plus subsequent helpful reminders with the date and time straight to my phone. Chris and Noah arrived bang on time, they were friendly professional and offered great advice going above and beyond what was required. The price was also incredibly competitive could not recommend more.

Sam’s always on the end of the phone when I have an issue. Great bunch of friendly lads. Always a great service. Highly recommend

Ethan went above and beyond, arrived on time with a smile and absolutely smashed his work capping off the heating pipes in my new house, ive had a lot of people do work for me over the years but i can say that ethan was the best, he explained everything throughly, was polite and was very considerate of my house, hope to have him work for me again soon will definitely be recommending him in the future

I'm so pleased with the excellent work that Chris from SAS Gas Services Ltd has completed at my home. I hope that writing this review may help anyone who is looking for a highly professional Gas and plumbing engineers company as I was a few weeks ago.

I had been looking for a Gas and plumbing engineer to carry out a service of my gas boiler and system and I found SAS Gas Services Ltd online. I sent a message via their website and within minutes I received a phone call in reply from Chris.

I found Chris easy to speak with, open, straightforward, professional, knowledgeable, whilst also being friendly and kind. He patiently listened to concerns and questions I had, answering my questions, providing information including the pricing, explaining everything fully and clearly so I was able to understand. I received a confirmation email immediately with details of the scheduled work via their online management system.

On the day of the scheduled work, Chris phoned to advise when he was on his way, arriving within the arranged time. I found Chris to be hardworking, competent, efficient, organised, conscientious, always giving attention to detail and high quality. He listened attentively to my questions, answering them and also being really helpful in his answers. He took great care whilst working in the house, keeping everything completely clean and tidy at all times.

Although the scheduled work was for the service of the gas boiler and system, I asked Chris about various issues in the shower room that I was concerned about. He discussed all the issues with me, explaining the options, the pricing, advising of the most suitable, economical options for me, in my best interest.

I made arrangements for the works in the shower room to be carried out, again efficiently processed via their online management system.

All of the issues in the shower room have now been fully resolved and the completed work looks immaculate. I have found Chris's work to be outstanding, exceptional. I am completely happy with everything he has done. It was reassuring to have Chris working here, a genuine, good sincere person, polite, courteous, considerate, caring, so helpful.

The pricing was entirely fair and transparent with clear itemised invoices. I was happy to pay and I have received excellent value for money.

Chris worked with us to sort out a suitable tap to order, then carried out its fitting and our gas boiler service together all very promptly and pleasantly. We are having him back to do some futher work shortly. Good pre-visit confirmations. All excellent!

SAS Gas Services service our gas boiler. On a cold Saturday evening in the snow the boiler packed up. I rang Chris who asked for photos on WhatsApp, he diagnosed frozen pipes, told me fix that, how to reset the boiler and we were saved from a cold weekend. No call out fee, no wait, no fuss.
