The cars are very competitively priced which is the reason I purchased a car here.
The handover was quite poor though. Despite arriving at the scheduled time the car wasn’t really ready.
It was blocked in the showroom by another vehicle, none of the paperwork was prepared, very little information about warranty etc and I was only given one key. When I asked for the spare I was told they did not have one. I subsequently found it in the glove box with the blank service book.
In summary a good place to buy a well priced car if you can forgive the underwhelming customer service.

I recently bought a beautiful Peugeot from Sascron Car Supermarket. I initially went in to view a Toyota Yaris but ended up leaving with a stunning Peugeot instead. Simon was extremely helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and putting any doubts to rest.

The salesman (Steve) was very helpful and Jordan through out the sales and very happy with my purchase but the customer service is worst. I deposited £250 in order to secure the car one month ago and sent couple emails but no response and tried at least 20 times call but hardly 2 times picked up the phone and they always have same answer you will get your money in 3 to 5 working days but never received. The worst customer service I ever faced with. They are very unhelpful. I am still waiting my deposit and let's see when they going to pay me back. I am thinking of reporting to relevant department for this.

Brought a tesla,an hour into a 2.5hour trip home the touchscreen started to play up message the salesman soon as home ,no response got his money didn't care,emailed Keeley from customer service got email back,the had to call after a couple of days as no more complication. I said I would take it back to them but need a courtesy car, but couldn't get one as only have 2 cars, for a company that sells hundreds of car a month you would think you would need more than 2. After many phone calls and emails and 4 weeks I had to take the car back to them for repair. Keeley was great and done her best to help but the decision makers need to be more proactive and solve these issues quicker, having a car with touchscreen issues that change the heating ,radio station,and other things was not a great experience and having to lose a day's money to take a car back is not good. I hope they can learn from this and be more proactive in future. Very happy with the work Keeley has done with helping with this, the only person in costumer service,and now after what was a very unpleasant wait for repair I'm happy with my car. Thank you Keeley and keep up the good work.

I purchased a Tesla Y from Sascron today, and what a wonderful experience it was from start to end. I had the pleasure of dealing with Steve, my salesman, who did a wonderful job of helping me chose my car. My plan had been to buy my 1st EV outright, but after speaking with Steve and tapping into his extensive industry knowledge, a PCP was what I ultimately went with. Given what the age of my car would be in 4 years and the uncertainty around the EV values in the future, once I saw and understood the numbers, I was so thankful that Steve talked me out of a cash purchase. With the help of Jordan and Sanjay, who helped put together a wonderful warranty and cleaning package to cover the entirety of my PCP period, I am absolutely thrilled with the decision they helped me arrive at. I have cash left over to enjoy from the sale of my trade in and I can enjoy 4 years of hassle free motoring. Thank you once again Steve, Jordan and Sanjay for your assistance, I am not disappointed being guided by yourselves. Amazing service and a fantastic selection of cars.

I bought a car from Sascron in April 2025 and the service and experience has been faultless. The salesman, Kordian, was professional and easy going and happy to negotiate with regards to my trade in vehicle and length of warranty. The car I purchased had two advisories on the last MOT (brake pads, and windscreen stone chip) both of which were sorted as part of the sale. Sascron also replaced the front tyres as the tread was nearing the legal limit.
Following purchase of the vehicle, I noticed that the passenger door lock was faulty. The fault was covered by the warranty but the warranty company would only pay 30 minutes of the 90 minute labour leaving £80 to pay. Keeley from Sascron customer services contacted me reporting that Sascron would pay the difference.
Overall Sascron have been professional with excellent customer services.

Had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. The salesman Ben was very proficient & knowledgable and did a great job of getting the car ready for us asap as requested. The car I wanted had to be a SUV with a large flat boot and decent mpg.
I turned up with an A4 sheet of possibilities and with the salesman's help quickly whittled this down to four possibilities.
After looking at the cars on the site I took my favourite out for a test drive and then bought it.
Throughout the process the salesman explained everything from how to start the car through to the purchase of the car and the optional extra services clearly and succinctly.
I would definitely buy from Sascron again.

I brought a car from these guys which was easy and relaxed.
When I got the car home and looked over it properly I noticed a crack in one of the rear lights. I emailed the salesman who directed me to customer service.
I emailed them with the images and the issue.
Shortly after I received an email back from Keeley in customer service, we then spoke over the phone where she resolved everything and said they would call me once a new part was in for them to fit. A couple of days later Keeley called to say she had the part and made an appointment for me to come in to get it fixed.
This was done and the car was fixed, the whole process was as easy which was a nice surprise as some used car garages are not bothered once the car is off there site but Keeley dealt with it perfectly and smoothly, well done to you all, I would recommend you guys to any one

I had a booking this morning at their Reading centre. I arrived on time and they let me wait for 30 minutes and then told me the car was sold. The salesman said they mixed up several bookings in the morning so I couldn’t get my place on time. I asked him to provide some other similar options and he just asking me to look around by myself. What a poor service.
