Sarko Beauty was helpful in helping me choose the right topper for my alopecia hair thinning situation. They were very thorough in asking questions to determine what is the best hair topper size dimension to cover my hair loss. The hair quality is definitely the best I’ve had and it’s very soft and natural feeling unlike some other companies I’ve tried. My hair is thin and it feels like real Slavic hair. I definitely recommend them and give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Customer service is non existent. They don’t answer calls or emails. I waited 4 months for a hair topper. Ordered May 26 When it arrived it was not as d describe poor quality. I returned within the 14 day return policy. That was August I have yet to receive my refund after emails and calls. I would give 0 stars .

They told me the hair would be here two weeks ago and are now ignoring my emails. I wouldn’t buy from them.

I placed an order in October 2024 still not here, first time I spoke with them they say sorry about being late but we have the stuff and it’s being but together you should have by December 2 , then they said oh now it’s the Dec 7 Now they quit answering calls and now it’s a postal strike ! I have paid almost 300 dollars and they are now ignoring emails and their phone stays busy ! I don’t care about their strike if they had sent it when it was supposed to be sent it would have been here before strike

Ordered a European hair topper from them and the quality was probably the best hair I’ve ever purchased! So difficult to find good hair brands but I’ve finally found one. Thanks so much you guys!

It's a scam, they stole 700 from me, just letting other people know, so you don't have to get scammed too. Bought over 4 months ago from them, no item, no customer service replying

I purchased a hair topper for my girlfriend from Sarko Beauty and the hair is absolutely amazing quality! She said the colour's perfect and she’s very satisfied to know that she can re-colour the hair if she ever decides to dye her natural bio hair, so that it can match. Customer service was great and they are very knowledgeable. You can tell that they genuinely care in finding the perfect solution. They have a lifelong customer in us. Thanks!
