The money was withdrawn my account.
I got a mail from customer service, that they were sold out. They offered me 10% discount on another pair, but ufortunately it was those ancle boots I wanted.
They refunded the money the day after.
Good customer service :-)

Update
Prior to my last email. I’ve been returned my money in full. When a seller turns out to be honest I need to recognise it.
The business wasn’t quite ready for Royal Mail. I think when they are they have a great product. I originally bought their higher heels years ago and they are very comfortable.
I’ve no doubt their new line will be as well.
I wish Nana and her team well circumnavigating the customs in the UK.

They are genuinely the only brand I've ever known to focus (successfully) on creating beautiful, stylish, comfortable high heels that actually work. I bought a pair of the Fairytale heels in navy and they are truly gorgeous, I wore them for hours and will be wearing them to my wedding!

I believe this is a company that not only designs and produces beautiful shoes, they also genuninely care about their customers and making sure they get the right product. The advice and consulting I received from the team on which shoes would be best for me was first class. The shoes I ordered are beautifully crafted and of a high quality. Bucket list shoes
Owning a pair of these divine shoes was on my bucket list. I tried to get a pair late last year but couldn’t find a pair that fit properly. Then I found THE perfect pair, reduced to £99 in the sale. Pale suede with lace up front. I cannot wait to wear them! Not only that the service was excellent.
