Excellent service. I ordered some Mother's Day flowers and they arrived in the early part of the time period that was stated.
Flowers in great condition and she's keeping the pint jug they were displayed in for future use!

I ordered a Mother’s Day flower arrangement after being let down by another company. I contacted Sarah Horne Botanicals the same early afternoon and ordered a bouquet for Sunday. The flowers were ready earlier than expected and I was really impressed with the service and quality even on an exceptionally busy time. The bouquet is very well arranged and the flowers chosen were perfect and looked much better than in the picture on the website. 10/10!!

While I’m away in Florida I ordered a boutique in a jug. This is my second time I have ordered flowers from Sarah Horne for my mother in Leamington Spa. They were on time beautiful fresh flowers and looked lovely in the jug. Best florist in Warwickshire,

Most professional service, do what they say they're going to do and most importantly, this is a local business that understands flowers and moreover is actually passionate about what they do and the range and detail of products offered. Second to none in the area in my experience.

I decided to do a spontaneous purchase of flowers on valentines day and was really pleased with the same day delivery! The flowers were very fresh and of high quality.

It was so wonderful to be sitting here in Florida and to be able to effortlessly (and accurately) send my friend in Leamington Spa a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Holland for her birthday (the colors of which also just happened to match her decor, but that was a bit of luck). Delivery was on time with no glitches, prices were fair, and I used PayPal for payment so no worry about credit card numbers being 'out there' for all to see, or for exchange rate issues. Highly recommend this shop!

Ordered flowers for my mother in law. When I telephoned her to wish her happy birthday, the first thing she said was “Thank you for the flowers, they are beautiful, absolutely beautiful”. I have used this florist for a very long time, really pleased I can continue to even though I no longer live in Leamington Spa.

The flowers were beautiful and received with the comment “they are gorgeous” from my wife. I would certainly order flowers again from Sarah Horne Botanicals as the process was so simple with all flowers and arrangement of excellent quality.

The delivered order was slightly different to what I chose on the website (given that it was an order placed between Christmas and New Year, this wasn't surprising and not an issue at all), but it looked even better and the recipient was really delighted.

Buyer beware - I purchased my flowers online after viewing what appeared to be a lovely flower display, however, on collection they were extremely disappointing and did not contain anywhere near the value/number of flowers shown online. Staff were rude and unhelpful and basically ranted that the value was is in the vase, then contradicted that statement by saying the value was in the flowers! I left the shop and went to M&S to buy something that was far more suitable. Will avoid in future !

I bought a china jug as an alternative to my glass vases and absolutely love it! Great quality and the illustration is gorgeous.

I’ve had both candles and fine bone china cups from Sarah Horne Botanicals and am delighted with both. The candles look and smell amazing, along with lovely complimentary matches, and the tea cups are beautiful. They look sensational and the quality is excellent. Arrived beautifully packaged and I’ve kept the boxes to store my stuff in. They look gorgeous in my bathroom. An added bonus. Service and delivery excellent. Definitely going to go back for more and intend to buy gifts for others. Would highly recommend.
